Meet Our Experts

Clint DARNELL

Raised northwest of Freedom, OK, on his family's registered Line-1 Hereford ranch, Clint learned to appreciate the beauty of the rugged landscape, but also that the precious rainfall in this region could be very unreliable.  Living on a ranch along the state highway 20 miles from the nearest town also taught him to help people, as there seemed to always be someone in need of gas, or water, or help with a flat tire.  In 1989, Clint married his high school sweetheart, Sheri, a farm girl from neighboring Protection, KS.  They have raised their four children, and now enjoy as much time as possible with their two grandchildren.  Clint helps his mother as she continues to operate Darnell Hereford Ranch and also helps his father-in-law on his commercial cattle and farming operation, but his true passion is helping the people in agriculture manage their risks  and try to remain profitable in the ever changing farm economy.

Gerald BRADLEY

"I was raised on a farm in the mountains of East Tennessee.  My ancestors farmed as far back as we can trace.  I put myself through college at the University of Tennessee and earned a BS in Business.  Right out of school, Ford Motors hired me as a Financial Analyst in 1978, and I worked within several departments during my time; these included Human Resources and manufacturing.  Now my wife, Diane, and I own and operate Oak Hill Ranch in Rogers County, Oklahoma.  God has blessed us with the ability to raise Angus, Lim-Flex, Commercial Cows, and a few pasture decorations (Longhorns).  Our youngest of five children is a junior at Oklahoma State University, and we love spending time with our four grandchildren!  I'm honored to work with some of the best people in this country (Cattle Producers), and desire to share how our federally subsidized hay and pasture program can improve your profitability!"

Roger GIVENS

"I was born and raised in Elk City, Oklahoma.  I have two beautiful daughters, Lauren and Leigh, and two amazing grandchildren, River and Ruby!  When I'm not spending time with my family, I am a full time Middle School Math Teacher, and I also farm and ranch.  My interests led me to selling drought insurance with Insure My Forage because I feel that Western OK has a real need for the products, and I couldn't pass up the opportunity to help my community and fellow ranchers with this great program!"

Kristin WEAVER

Kristin is a fourth generation cattle rancher and managers her family's Centennial Ranch near Bristow, Oklahoma.  She studied Agribusiness/Marketing at Oklahoma State University and is active in many associations.  Kristin has extensive business development experience in livestock sales, oil and gas, food safety, industrial safety, and technology.  Her goal is always to assist farmers and ranchers in making their operations more profitable and sustainable.

Anessa FRIEMEL

Anessa grew up in the small town of Dimmitt in the panhandle of Texas.  She has worked with her family in the farming industry, as well as the Farm & Ranch Real Estate business.  Anessa has now been in the insurance industry for over 6 years, and she looks forward to applying her farming background knowledge and values toward helping you protect your operation.

Ronnie FREEMAN

Growing up, Ronnie was a simple city boy who spent many summers on a farm with family and friends.  His uncle ran a dairy farm, his friends operate ranches, and he loves to help his brother-in-law work calves.  Ronnie is eager to help your operation with the Insure My Forage advantage!

Dustin OLDS

Dustin Olds is a fourth-generation stockman in Northeastern Oklahoma.  Among the many challenges in that area are weather extremes and rainfall inconsistency. Dustin is here to assist ranchers and forage growers manage the risk from those challenges.  After graduating from Oklahoma State University in 1992, he spent time in banking, small business management, and natural resource management in addition to producing livestock and pecans on the family farm.

Randy FRY

Randy grew up in a small rural farming community in Central Kansas.  His first "off the farm" job was at the local co-op where he worked his way up from the "boot-pit" to the office, where he was buying and selling commodities all over the mid-west!  He soon learned how exciting the sales world was, and after 13 long years of dedication, he changed career paths to wholesale fertilizers sales and spent almost 25 years selling vehicles to his friends in rural Kansas.  Randy has been in the insurance industry for over four years.   Now, he lives in Great Bend, Kansas with his wife of 24 years, Audrey, and his teenage daughter, Tessa.
