Steve resides in Mt. Pleasant, Texas and is an alumni of the Texas A&M class of 1982, where he earned a degree in Agricultural Sciences. Before his career venture started in insurance three years ago, Steve enjoyed a 33 year career in banking, with a specialty in agricultural loans. He is President of the Titus County Fair Association and is a two-time past President of the Texas Association of Fairs & Events! He and his wife, Adina, have three children: Grayson (25), Madison (22) and Harison (18). Steve's family has a small herd of registered Limousin and LimFlex cattle. Him and his family have been very active in showing these animals at state, junior, national, and major livestock shows at county fairs over the past 16 years. He looks forward to educating producers on the benefits of participating in the PRF program in order to mitigate some of the weather risk that affects production and ultimately, their income.

"My name is Colt Tritt. My wife and I along with our two children own and operate 4T Cattle Company. We operate a commercial angus influenced herd ,we operate a grow yard for the purpose of backgrounding calves addition to we operate a hay operation for our own stock and also custom bale for local ranches I also have a couple of semis and ship cattle all over the United States. I am new to the sales end of the insurance industry, however, I have been around the livestock industry my whole life. With my knowledge of raising livestock, land and forage management and the business end of it all, I feel I could greatly benefit the farmer or rancher in educating him on all of the benefits of the pasture, rangeland and forage program I myself have felt the effects of drought and lack of feed and forage which forces the ones in the industry to make hard sale decisions and also to feel the hard effects of loss profits."

"I was raised on a farm in the mountains of East Tennessee. My ancestors farmed as far back as we can trace. I put myself through college at the University of Tennessee and earned a BS in Business. Right out of school, Ford Motors hired me as a Financial Analyst in 1978, and I worked within several departments during my time; these included Human Resources and manufacturing. Now my wife, Diane, and I own and operate Oak Hill Ranch in Rogers County, Oklahoma. God has blessed us with the ability to raise Angus, Lim-Flex, Commercial Cows, and a few pasture decorations (Longhorns). Our youngest of five children is a junior at Oklahoma State University, and we love spending time with our four grandchildren! I'm honored to work with some of the best people in this country (Cattle Producers), and desire to share how our federally subsidized hay and pasture program can improve your profitability!"
Randy grew up in a small rural farming community in Central Kansas. His first "off the farm" job was at the local co-op where he worked his way up from the "boot-pit" to the office, where he was buying and selling commodities all over the mid-west! He soon learned how exciting the sales world was, and after 13 long years of dedication, he changed career paths to wholesale fertilizers sales and spent almost 25 years selling vehicles to his friends in rural Kansas. Randy has been in the insurance industry for over four years. Now, he lives in Great Bend, Kansas with his wife of 24 years, Audrey, and his teenage daughter, Tessa.
Raised northwest of Freedom, OK, on his family's registered Line-1 Hereford ranch, Clint learned to appreciate the beauty of the rugged landscape, but also that the precious rainfall in this region could be very unreliable. Living on a ranch along the state highway 20 miles from the nearest town also taught him to help people, as there seemed to always be someone in need of gas, or water, or help with a flat tire. In 1989, Clint married his high school sweetheart, Sheri, a farm girl from neighboring Protection, KS. They have raised their four children, and now enjoy as much time as possible with their two grandchildren. Clint helps his mother as she continues to operate Darnell Hereford Ranch and also helps his father-in-law on his commercial cattle and farming operation, but his true passion is helping the people in agriculture manage their risks and try to remain profitable in the ever changing farm economy.
"I grew up on the family cattle ranch in Forsyth, Montana and graduated with a BS in Natural Resource and Ranch Management from National American University in Rapid City. Since 2005, I have been managing a 100% grassfed operation running over 2000 head. I know the true value of grass and enjoy helping operators with their risk management needs.
I have seen the benefits PRF Insurance on this operation and believe everyone should look to minimize drought risk."
